The test of strength at its rawest form is deep within us. The strength to firstly do something about changing your lifestyle that’s making you question yourself. Secondly, the strength to carry on when life gets hard. We all feel it and doubt ourselves when our back's against the wall. We are all stronger than we think, we just need a helping hand to dust it off and roll like it’s boss season.

I live by my motto “train hard, live easy”. I go at it so my mind is clearer. I know I have to keep an eye on what I’m consuming and more importantly how much of it I’m consuming. When we find that balance in life, real honest progress starts to move sky levels. I’ve outlined 50+ food ideas to help enhance you on your journey with me and thereafter. With the right carbohydrates, proteins and fats we can take your health and fitness goals to levels upon levels and it doesn’t need to be a chore in during so.

I’m Jay, the man behind LIFE The Fitness Company.

To me, exercise is more than a means to becoming fitter, stronger and faster. It's exercising my mind so I can live a life with more confidence, self belief, determination, purpose and clarity. Living a healthy and active lifestyle comes with many benefits but it’s the psychological impact which ensures you stick to it, far beyond the aesthetics of your hard work.
